Fulton Bank Launches New Digital Service for Small Businesses

Fulton Bank Launches Digital Service for Small Businesses

October 7, 2026

LANCASTER PA – A digital service designed to help small businesses better manage accounts receivable and accounts payable is being introduced by Lancaster-based Fulton Bank, the company says.

Called “CashFlow Central from Fiserv,” the service helps business owners streamline payment activities, and spend less time on manual processes. It also improves cash flow visibility for business owners. The result, it adds, allows businesses to focus on their growth.

The bank operates branch offices in Pottstown, Exton, Exeter, and Reading PA.

Additional benefits include:

  • Consolidation of accounts in a single platform for invoicing, vendor payments, and payment tracking;
  • Enabling payments by bank transfer or business credit card;
  • Reducing manual tracking by providing real-time payment status and visibility;
  • Integration with widely used accounting software, making reconciliation easier;
  • Enhanced cash management capabilities for greater visibility of incoming and outgoing payments; and
  • Accessibility through mobile and online banking channels.

Fulton Bank worked with Fiserv, a global payments and financial technology company, to make the enhancements possible for small business customers on the bank’s mobile and online platforms.

Manage Money Efficiently

“With CashFlow Central, we’re delivering a more modern, efficient way for small businesses to manage their money,” says Phil Smith, Fulton Bank Director of Business Banking. “Bringing invoicing, payments, and reporting into a single hub … gives our customers the tools they need to stay organized, get paid faster, and operate with greater confidence.”

The addition of CashFlow Central, Fulton Bank says, reflects its commitment to supporting small businesses with practical, digital solutions tailored to their evolving needs.

“CashFlow Central gives financial institutions a powerful way to extend their value beyond traditional banking, by helping small businesses simplify how they manage and move money,” according to Justin Jackson, head of CashFlow Central, Fiserv.

“By bringing payables, receivables and visibility into one experience, Fulton Bank is equipping its business clients with tools that reduce friction, improve cash flow insight, and support day-to-day growth.”
