The Future of Leadership
“These award recipients represent the future of leadership in our region,” Hailey Heimbach, chair of TriCounty Young Professionals, and chamber marketing and communications director, says. “Their passion, dedication, and willingness to serve others are inspiring,” she adds.

The awards were part of the chamber’s July 9 (2026; Thursday) “Summer Sips & Rising Stars Mixer.” It attracted chamber members and guests to honor the trio.
The mixer also drew attention to the Young Professionals program. It provides professionals ages 21 to 40 – whether chamber members or not – with opportunities for networking, professional development, leadership experiences, and community service.
