LIMERICK PA – Emergency pipe replacement is scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday (Jan. 30-31, 2024) on Game Farm Road across Limerick and Lower Frederick townships, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said. Travel restrictions will be in place, it added.
PennDOT reported Game Farm Road will be closed both days, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, between Route 29 and Neiffer Road. Signs for a detour around the pipe work area will be posted. Local access will be maintained.
The department advised drivers to allow extra time when traveling near the work area, because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities depend on acceptable weather.
