BOYERTOWN PA – “Boyertown Fun Days” concluded its 2026 three-day (May 28-30) run Saturday by leaving happy and smiling crowds in its wake.

The annual, carnival-like celebration benefited from unseasonably pleasant weather. Its rides, amusements, games, foods, and entertainment attracted participants from a wide range of ages. All reveled in the noise- and music-filled “midway” stroll through Boyertown Community Park, 419 S. Madison St.
It also drew the attention of photographers from Travels With The Post, and its Gilbertsville Post edition on Facebook.

Admission was free, thanks to the generosity of more than 20 local sponsors.

There was plenty to see and do. Musicians from the Director’s Band, the Alumni Band, and Bigg Romeo ensured feet kept tappin’ during afternoon and evening shows.
Rosaire’s Royal Racers, presenting fleet-footed pigs of several varieties, kept its audiences applauding. So did performers in a falconry show and a trampoline show, the borough Parks and Recreation Department reports.

The confident and daring tried their hand at an abundance of games: from downing basketballs, to snagging plastic fish from a pond, to target shooting.

Kids laughed their way across a dragon-shaped roller coaster, as well as whirling round on the ferris wheel, the Sizzler, spinning tea cups, flying swings, and the “Starship 3000.”

The park stays busy all summer, with the serenity of walking trails, a wealth of playground equipment, and several nearby playing fields. Learn more about its features, and those of other borough facilities, from the department online.
Travels With The Post photo galleries take a more in-depth visual look – using photos, videos, and multimedia items – of places visited, events attended, and things seen. They supplement our “Post Road Trip” features.
