DEERFIELD BEACH FL – The Learning Experience child care centers, which currently operate in Limerick, Audubon, Exton, West Chester, and Wyomissing, plans to further expand locally, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
Journal Reporter Ryan Mulligan writes the Florida-based franchisor is in the process of creating ground-up, build-to-suit developments in the greater Philadelphia area. They include new locations in Collegeville (1431 S. Collegeville Rd.) and Phoenixville (715 Pike Springs Road).
Mulligan’s Feb. 2 (2026; Monday) article also reports improvements would be made at an “address to be determined in Lower Pottsgrove Township.”
Additional new locations are in the works for three sites in New Jersey, and one each elsewhere in Pennsylvania and Delaware. In addition to the unspecified Lower Pottsgrove address, other site improvements are planned for two Philadelphia locations and one each elsewhere in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
The expansion represents “130,000 square feet of commercial space,” with the potential to create “up to 390 jobs across the region.” Each franchise “is designed to have up to 10,000 square feet of indoor space with up to a 5,000-square-foot outdoor playground,” according to the article. The centers can serve some 180 children from 6 weeks old to 6 years old, it adds.
