In this edition of local business news, the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce is expanding into new offices at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets. Also, electrical products supplier Fromm has appointed a business development manager for its services division.
TriCounty Chamber Opens New Offices at Outlets
POTTSTOWN PA – The TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce has opened new professional headquarters and a visitors’ center at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets at 18 W. Lightcap Rd. Ste. 613.
The 3,500-square-foot facility “is more than just office space,” says chamber President Harrison Santangelo. “It’s a place designed to inspire collaboration, foster leadership, and create opportunities for growth,” he adds. “This space was built with our diverse membership in mind.”
The office intends to provide resources for residents and visitors. It also will offer chamber members “exclusive opportunities to advertise” on a prominent digital billboard. The chamber suggests it will be visible to more than 5 million outlet visitors annually.

The new offices include flexible meeting and event space suitable for company meetings, client
presentations, networking sessions, and quiet professional work time. The offices are open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Those using the space also will find:
- a leadership library, with a curated collection of top leadership titles;
- an energy bar and collaborative co-working environment to offer members a professional workspace when needed;
- a hospitality area in which to hold casual meetings; and
- a brochure and business card rack to showcase chamber members and supply community resources.
The chamber will celebrate the facility’s arrival with a public open house Oct. 15 (2025; Wednesday) from 3-6 p.m. the event coincides with “National Support Your Local Chamber Day.” An official ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The chamber is a membership-based organization serving businesses in the TriCounty (Montgomery, Berks, and Chester PA counties) Region.

Fromm Names Nairin as Business Development Manager

READING PA – Andrew Nairin has been named as business development manager of FrommConnect, the services division of Reading-based Fromm.
“Nairin will work with area businesses and community organizations to promote FrommConnect’s services, and pursue opportunities that support economic growth in the region,” the company says. He joined the firm “after a successful career with Salesforce.com,” it adds.
Fromm considers itself one of the largest electrical product suppliers in the Mid-Atlantic region. It serves customers in construction, manufacturing, property management, defense, and utility industries. The company operates eight supply counters, one of them in Pottstown, and a distribution center in Pennsylvania.
Nairin reportedly represents the fourth generation of family involvement at Fromm. “Andrew’s energy, knowledge, and commitment to building relationships make him a great fit for this role,” according to company President and COO John Hanna.
