POTTSTOWN PA – Although it remained closed due to flooding as of Thursday (July 3, 2025) at 7 a.m., Pottstown Borough government reports that Memorial Park, 75 W. King St., likely will re-open to the public by Thursday at noon.

The borough’s notice, issued Thursday at 7:53 a.m., served to update the public on flood-related closures it first announced Tuesday (July 1). All are attributed to heavy rainfall from recent storms.
Also Thursday, the borough says:
- Its Fountain of Youth Spray Park, near the park’s Manatawny Street entrance, is now open during regular hours, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and
- Its Keystone Blvd lot, which provides access to the Riverfront Park Trail, remains closed at this time.
