Boyd Gaming Invests Money, Time to Refresh VF Casino

June 10, 2025

KING OF PRUSSIA PA – A multi-million dollar renovation of the Valley Forge Casino Resort, intended to create “an all-new, modern experience” for casino patrons and area visitors, is now under way, owner Boyd Gaming Corporation reports. The project is expected to take about 18 months to complete, it adds.

The work covers:

  • Redesign of rooms and the lobby of Valley Forge’s Stardust Hotel;
  • A grand opening of the all-new Valley Forge Food Hall, with multiple food and beverage amenities; and
  • Modernization of the property’s casino.

A redesign of all 257 guestrooms and four premium suites in the resort’s iconic Stardust Tower began earlier this year. Room renovations “blend sleek mid-century Las Vegas style with contemporary comfort,” according to Boyd. They include custom furnishings, ambient lighting, and elevated bathrooms. A refresh of the Stardust Tower lobby is already finished.

Excited to Unveil Its Vision

Its food hall, open daily, already “offers four distinct fast-casual concepts that cater to a wide range of tastes and dining occasions,” the company says. Inside the food hall are:

  • “The morning go-to.” Café Primo. It sells La Colombe coffee, breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, and pastries from local purveyor, Founding Farmers; and
  • For lunch, dinner, or late-night bites, guests can choose from American Grill smash burgers, cheesesteaks, and chicken tenders; Peng Zu Express wok dishes, fried rice, dim sum, General Tso’s chicken, and pho; or Taqueria Buena tacos, burritos, bowls, and nachos.

Future plans also include a quick-service café with convenient dining options; a remodeled and re-branded tavern in the Stardust tower; and an elegant and modern steakhouse with an intimate cigar lounge.

Boyd also says it will tackle a “total renovation of the Valley Forge gaming experience, giving the entire casino an updated and modern look and feel.”

“We are excited to unveil our vision for the all-new Valley Forge Casino Resort,” said Martha Morales, its vice president and general manager. “These investments represent the latest step in our long-standing commitment to offering our guests an exceptional entertainment experience.”
