PENNSBURG PA – If currently can’t do without a mobile “map app” to find your way around town, but think it could be handy to know how, the Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center has your back.
The center on Saturday (Sept. 14, 2024) from 10 to 11:30 a.m. will hold a workshop on how to read and make maps. Map maker Michael Sutherland will give a short interactive presentation about the process at 10 a.m. in the center, 105 Seminary St., and then remain available to offer assistance until the workshop ends.
The program is free to attend, but advance registration is requested by sending an e-mail to meredith@schwenkfelder.org. The advance notice will ensure the Schwenkfelder has enough supplies on hand.
KeyBank is the workshop sponsor.
