WESTFIELD WI – Interested in creating and serving a “delightfully spicy” brunch for your next gathering? Try the recipe “Hot Honey Tenders and Waffles,” sponsored by Brakebush Chicken. The company is a Wisconsin-based, family-owned supplier of chicken products that has catered to the foodservice industry since 1925.
Its dish relies on “juicy chicken tenderloins over warm waffles, with a hot honey sauce made of clover honey, dijon mustard, sriracha, orange juice, and cayenne pepper.” It works as either a breakfast or main course, Brakebush suggests.
