HARLEYSVILLE PA – The 43rd annual Harleysville Halloween Parade, accompanied by the 6th annual Fun Fest, are scheduled for Oct. 24 (2026; Saturday) in the village.
Hosting the day’s activities are the Harleysville Rotary Club, Harleysville Jaycees, Harleysville Lions Club. and Harleysville Community Center. The events will be held rain or shine; no rain date is scheduled.

A Participant-Filled Parade
Parade registration and line-up will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Indian Valley Middle School, 130 Maple Ave. Registration will be followed by judging at 10 a.m., and marchers step off at 10:30 a.m.
The parade route moves from the middle school, and travels along Maple Avenue, School Lane, Kulp Road, and Park Avenue, before ending at the community center, 435 Park Ave.
Those attending or participating can expect to see examples of almost every type of available costume and float.
Prizes will be awarded for babies and toddlers; students in pre-k and kindergarten, grades 1–3, and grades 4–6. Other prizes are available for individuals; groups of two or more; pets; non-motorized floats, and motorized floats.
All parade participants will receive a free hot dog and drink.
The Halloween Fun Fest Follows
Once the parade has ended, the Halloween Fun Fest runs from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the community center.
Festivities include children’s games, music, a magician, parade prizes, and food and drinks available for purchase. The fest’s games area opens at 10:45 a.m.; parade prizes will be awarded, and food made available at 11:15 a.m.; and a candy drop for children, conducted from the fire company’s ladder truck, begins 11:45 a.m.
The Japheth Rittenhouse Band will perform from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
