2026 Pottstown Nights’ Shows Scheduled by Red Horse

March 29, 2026

POTTSTOWN PA – Five dates from May through September have been set aside this year for the downtown “Pottstown Nights Car Shows,” sponsored by the Red Horse Motoring Club. The club also will be the location of a May 16 veterans’ luncheon.

The 2026 editions of the car shows are scheduled for five consecutive “first Saturdays”: May 2, June 6, July 11, Aug. 1, and Sept. 5. Selected streets downtown will be closed at 1 p.m. for show set-up, and the events themselves will operate from 3-9 p.m. They are free to attend and open to the public.

Each show features borough blocks filled with shiny, well-detailed and -maintained, and highly prized automobiles owned by both area residents and others from a distance. Shows are open to all cars, trucks and motorcycles with no entry fees, the club reports. On show days, vehicles will enter at Queen and South Hanover streets.

Shows are accompanied by a variety of food trucks selling edibles and beverages, vendors’ booths and displays, live entertainment, family-friendly activities. They also provide a great atmosphere in which to browse and shop among borough merchants.

May 16 Veterans Luncheon

The motoring club’s facility at 3rd and Hanover streets will be the location May 16 (Saturday) for a noon luncheon to honor local veterans. It is being supported by the club, the Pottstown Rotary Community Endowment Fund, The Elks, and the Montgomery County Office of Veterans Services.

Local veterans can apply to attend the event, using a form available from the club’s Facebook page and at other online sites. Forms must be submitted by April 13 to the county Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Veterans Services at the DeKalb Center, P.O. Box 311, Norristown PA, 19404-0311.

They also can be completed and scanned, and then sent by e-mail to jamie.washburn@montgomerycountypa.gov.

The meal is being provided by Texas Road House Restaurant, local donors, and @FitVet4Life.
