POTTSTOWN PA – A Sept. 13 (2025; Saturday) assembly of Jeep vehicles, cars, trucks, and motorcycles – to be held in Pottstown’s Memorial Park – will help raise funding for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

The event, scheduled from 3-7 p.m. in the park, 75 W. King St., is being organized by a local non-profit called Wheels for Another Day Inc. It was founded by Navy veteran Demond Thompson, and places a particular focus on the mental health needs of “veterans, first responders, and the automotive community,” it says.
Spectators will be admitted free.
“This is more than a car show,” the group adds, “it’s a movement. Every vehicle, every story, every person matters. All proceeds support suicide prevention resources, outreach programs, and those struggling with mental health. Join us for a day of horsepower, hope, and healing.”
The show includes car, Jeep, truck, and motorcycle displays; 15 trophy presentations for best-of-class show entries, awareness booths with mental health resources, food trucks and local vendors; raffles, give-aways, a disk jockey, community announcements, and other entertainment.

Register Vehicles for the Show with a Donation
Registration is donation-based, with no minimum or required amount. It’s open to owners of all makes and models of vehicles. There’s “no judging pressure,” Wheels for Another Day Inc. reports. “Bring your ride, bring your story, and help make a difference.”
The group also is actively looking for businesses or organizations, as sponsors and for raffle prize donations, to help make its event a success. They will be recognized during the event, and in promotional materials.
