Report: SCORE Local Business Help Highly Valued by Clients

August 18, 2025

POTTSTOWN PA – The now-ended 2025 fiscal year of the Pottstown-based SCORE TriCounty chapter, a group of volunteers who encourage and guide the growth of local small businesses, indicates its members continue to build on previous successes.

Report: SCORE Local Business Help Highly Valued by Clients

Its latest report shows the chapter over 12 months mentored 224 unique clients, and delivered 484 one-on-one mentoring sessions. That reflects “the deep commitment of its volunteer network,” chapter leaders proudly note.

SCORE TriCounty clients themselves say they find value in their initial meetings. More importantly, though, its leadership notes “they’re returning for more.” Clients are coming back to SCORE for more assistance at a follow-on rate of 62%.

Additionally, “clients continue to tell us how impactful their mentoring experience has been,” the chapter adds.

One measure of SCORE TriCounty success is the chapter’s Net Promoter Score of 92.5, a number nearing the top of a range between -100 to +100. The positive benchmark, under a survey system national and global firms have used since 2003, demonstrates the chapter’s enduring customer loyalty.

“The relationships built here are rooted in trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to helping small businesses thrive,” according to the chapter.
