In Business: Outlets’ Newest Tenant Coming This Fall

July 27, 2025

POTTSTOWN PA – A new tenant is preparing to join about 135 others already in place at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, 18 W. Lightcap Rd., it reported in a Friday (Jan. 25, 2025) e-mail. Additionally, an existing outlet store has updated its appearance.

The center also is planning an Aug. 23 (Saturday) back-to-school event for the public.

Coming to The Outlets

Ulta Beauty, sometimes described as “the largest specialty beauty retailer in the United States,” is due to open at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets during the fall, according to the e-mail.

The company says it offers all things beauty, all in one place. It is considered a premier seller of cosmetics, fragrance, skin care, hair care, and related services. It currently also operates stores in Pottstown, Collegeville, King of Prussia, Lansdale, Reading, and Exton.

Customers to See Remodeled Ugg

The Ugg store at the outlets, easily found by entering between Guess and Brooks Brothers, has completed a remodeling and refresh of its location. The store is “looking better than ever,” the e-mail states.

Ugg is open Mondays through Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Ahead of Heading Back

For parents and school kids alike, the Philadelphia Premium Outlets have scheduled a back-to-school event for Aug. 23 (Saturday) from 1-3 p.m. in its center court. A disk jockey will play upbeat tunes, while activities include a make-and-take crafts, a spin-to-win give-away, balloon twisting, selfie experiences, and other entertainments.
