POTTSTOWN PA – Arrival of the summer solstice, when the earth’s northern hemisphere is most tilted towards the sun, will again prompt a party to benefit the Mosaic Community Land Trust.

Mosaic, a non-profit with offices at 724 N. Adams St., works in the borough to help increase affordable housing, encourage community gardening, and promote local arts and culture. Its annual community get-together is described as the “first of a two-part summer tradition” that’s followed by Pottstown’s Fête en Blanc dinner during September.
Its Summer Solstice 2025 party is scheduled for June 20 (2025; Friday) from 7-9 p.m. at The Carousel at Pottstown, 30 W. King St. Tickets are now available for purchase online. Organizers invite the public to “come for the sunset, stay for the music, community, and magic of summer” while helping to build “a more beautiful, vibrant Pottstown.”
Participants are invited to bring their own picnic meal, “or enjoy delicious fare from the Cruz Family Snack Bar,” located adjacent to the Carousel. A fund-raising raffle also is planned.
