September Chocolate, Coffee Fest Offers Sweet Savings

May 2, 2025

OAKS PA – In an effort to drum up advance business, operators of the Pennsylvania Chocolate & Coffee Festival – coming during September to Oaks – are offering half-price tickets for a limited time.

The festival will present “coffee shops, coffee roasters, chocolatiers, gourmet food purveyors, and unique artisans from Pennsylvania and abroad” in Hall A at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 100 Station Ave. The show runs Sept. 27 (Saturday) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sept. 28 (Sunday) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hoped to Gorge on Chocolate in Oaks? That’s Sold Out

Single-day general admission tickets for adults are reported to regularly cost $16. They’re available in advance for a limited time online, only through May 8 (Sunday) at 11:50 p.m., for $8, the festival website announced.

Two-day VIP Access tickets (regularly $35 but also half-price at $17.50) give holders earlier and expanded access to the festival. Kids’ admission (limited to those ages 4-12 only) also are discounted, at $2.50 each. Children’s activities are said to be scheduled. Service fees will be charged per ticket.

The sale is being promoted by the Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board, in a partnership with the festival. The announcement appeared in the board’s Friday (May 2) newsletter.

The Festival ‘Who’ and ‘What’

Festival organizers say they’ve signed up more than 150 exhibitors from Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and beyond. Their goal: “delicious weekend shopping experience.” Available products are expected to include “chocolate covered everything to coffee flavored anything, plus gourmet (foods) like salsas, popcorn, dips, sauces, and snacks.

Many vendors will be offering free samples of chocolate, coffee, and other treats, according to the website. A current list of anticipated exhibitors is available online.
