Successful TriCounty Area ‘Toys for Tots’ Campaigns Return

TriCounty Area ‘Toys for Tots’ Campaigns Now Under Way

November 19, 2024

POTTSTOWN PA – Annual Marine Corps Reserve “Toys For Tots” campaigns are under way in Montgomery, Berks, and Chester counties.

Toys for Tots receives donations of new, unwrapped toys during October, November, and December, then distributes those toys as holiday gifts. Recipients are needy children whose families live in communities where the campaigns are held.

Toy donations are being collected now in all three counties at a total of nearly 70 sites. Below is a list of the campaigns currently operating, the municipalities they serve, and their toy drop-off locations (within Travels With The Post readership area) as provided online.

Collectively, the three counties’ affiliated groups during 2023 successfully distributed more than 104,000 toys to more than 44,000 children, their websites report. A national non-profit, the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, oversees, raises funds for, and supports the mostly volunteer, county-based organizations.
