TRAPPE PA – Community Music School invites the public to join it for lunch – and an hour’s worth of free musical entertainment – on Thursday (Oct. 17, 2024).
The 2024-2025 edition of the school’s “Bach’s Lunch” mini-concert series, which began in September, is continuing on the third Thursday of each month through May. It is scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. in its facilities at 775 W. Main St. Guest artists, most of them on the Community Music School faculty, are set to perform.

The series is named for famed German composer and musician Johann Sebastian Bach. The school encourages visitors to bring or locally buy a bagged or “box lunch,” find a comfortable seat in the venue, and then feast on both culture and a meal.
Lunchtime listeners of all ages are welcomed.
Although programs may be subject to change, here’s the remaining schedule of dates and performers:
- Oct. 17, Soprano Cristina Nassif, and Emilily Kosasih on piano;
