PENNSBURG PA – A rummage sale intended for crafters, particularly those who work with fabrics, will be part of the annual Penn Dry Goods Market to be held Friday (May 31, 2024) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday (June 1) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Schwenkfelder Library & Heritage Center, 105 Seminary St., Pennsburg.
The sale features a variety of fabrics, notions, tools, and books related to sewing projects and other craft activities. Additionally, flower arranger Richard Yeakel, silk painter Barbara Tiberio, and ribbon vendor Carol Schmitt will be selling their wares.
The sale is free to attend and open to the public. For crafters who also wish to visit the market’s accompanying antiques show, discount tickets are available for purchase now online, or at the door on either day.
The center is the regional history museum of the Upper Perkiomen Valley. Its exhibits, and research in its extensive library, also are free to attend and use Tuesdays through Sundays.
