New Troopers Assigned to Barracks Covering ChesCo, Berks

MANHEIM PA – Among 81 Pennsylvania State Police cadets who graduated Friday (May 10, 2024) from the state police academy 11 have been assigned to Troop J, which in part patrols Chester County. Two other troopers will work from Troop L, which covers Berks County.

The graduating class completed 27 weeks of intense training and schooling, State Police Col. Commissioner Christopher L. Paris said. “This class will help their fellow troopers in PSP uphold our commitment to keep communities across our great Commonwealth safe,” he added.

Their commencement ceremony was held at LCBC Church in Manheim.

Headed to Troop J are Bryan S. Bendig, Erika C. Boyer, Robert Bright V, Matthew Copti, Jack W. Daly, Jacob A. Gross-Corraliza, Joseph Ramos, Tyler J. Serafini, Brigid A. Stermel, Kyle S. Strazdus, and Rachel E. Wert.

Bound for Troop L are Korey T. Kruk, and Joey E. St. Cyrus.
