Pottsgrove's ‘Harlem Wizards’ Show Benefits Foundation

LOWER POTTSGROVE TOWNSHIP PA – The Harlem Wizards, a basketball team that entertains adults and kids alike with equal doses of athletic talent and comedy, makes its appearance March 20 (2024; Wednesday) in a show from 7-9 p.m. in the gym at Pottsgrove High School, 1345 Kauffman Rd.

The event, a fund-raiser for the Pottsgrove Education Foundation, matches the Wizards against high school teachers and staff members. The foundation claims it’s “a showdown you won’t want to miss!”

The Wizards promise audience members also will be part of the performance. “Throughout the game,” the said in a media release, the crowd can expect “loads of audience participation” and interaction, as well as “experience a magical display of tricks, coordinated ball handling, fancy passing, and aerodynamic athleticism combined with high-energy comedy.

Tickets are available for online sale and, pending remaining availability, also will be available at Pottsgrove High School at 6 p.m. on game day. General admission costs $15; children age 3 and younger are free.
