Applications Being Accepted for Dunkin’ Scholarships

PHILADELPHIA PA – Dunkin’, and the restaurant chain’s Greater Philadelphia area franchisees, on Friday (March 1, 2024) opened their 15th annual scholarship program.

They are offering $5,000 scholarships to each of 20 students enrolling or enrolled in an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school in Fall 2024. Recipients will be selected based on their academic record, demonstrated leadership skills, and overall commitment to their school and local community, Dunkin’ said in a media release.

The program is being operated in collaboration with the non-profit Scholarship America organization. Applications are being accepted now through April 15 from high school seniors and current part-time and full-time undergraduate students. More information, and application instructions are available online.

Since its creation in 2009, the Dunkin’ Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program has awarded $700,000 in scholarships to 340 recipients, it added.

Dunkin’, founded in 1950, said it is the largest coffee and donuts brand in the United States, and operates more than 13,200 restaurants in about 40 global markets. Locally, its stores are located in Pottstown, Stowe, Limerick, Pughtown, Royersford, Boyertown, Douglassville, Zieglerville, and Phoenixville.
