Iron Hill Brewery Marketing Its Holiday Season Beers

November 21, 2023

WILMINGTON DE – Delaware-based Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant, which operates locally in Phoenixville, Exton, and West Chester, has announced the release of four holiday-themed craft beers. They’re labeled as Spruce Moose, Reindeer’s Revenge, Yule Lager, and Winter Warmer.

Spruce Moose is an IPA brewed with spruce needles and a blend of Chinook and Simcoe hops, offering a refreshing flavor and the aroma of pine and citrus, the brewer said in a media release. It’s available on draft and in 16-ounce cans.

Reindeer’s Revenge, according to Iron Hill, “is a hoppy twist on a Belgian Tripel, offering robust notes of pine and grapefruit, a subtle touch of bitterness, and a sweet finish.” It also is available on draft and in 16-ounce cans.

The company describes its Yule Lager as a “pale, well-balanced, smooth German-style lager that is slightly stronger than your average beer.” The thirst-quencher, it added, has “a moderate body and a mild, aromatic hop and malt character.” However, it is available only for sampling at Iron Hill locations; can purchases by the box are reserved for Iron Hill Beer Club subscribers.

Finally, Winter Warmer, it said, “is crafted with classic winter spices” and served “in a glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar.” It is returning to the line-up on draft and in 16-ounce cans.
