POTTSTOWN PA – These early week items of entertainment and civic interest are scheduled for Monday through Wednesday (Nov. 6-8, 2023), and have been publicly announced.

Monday, Nov. 6

  • Lower Pottsgrove Yard Waste Collection, all day, no charge to township residents; yard waste must be in separate trash cans or biodegradable bags available locally for purchase, no limit on the number of bags collected, grass clippings and tree limbs not allowed and should be composted, collected at curbside of all properties in Lower Pottsgrove PA

Wednesday, Nov. 8

  • Plant-A-Thon 2023, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., free to participate but registration required, volunteer your help the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy reach its goal to plant 10,000 native trees, shrubs and perennials this fall at sites are located throughout the watershed, at Redtail Park, 1117 Redtail Rd., Audubon PA 19403
  • Wednesday Night Yoga Class, 7-8 p.m., ticketed; water, yoga mat, and towel required; depending on weather may be held indoors at the Schwenksville offices of the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, or occasionally outdoors at nearby Lenape Park in Skippack Township, scheduled by the conservancy, 1 Skippack Pk., Schwenksville PA 19473
  • Lower Pottsgrove Historical Society member meeting, starts at 7:30 p.m., free, at Sanatoga Chapel, 2341 E. High St., Sanatoga PA
