Join Sanatoga Firefighters for Sunday Open House

October 5, 2023

SANATOGA PA – A fire prevention open house hosted by members of the Sanatoga Fire Company is scheduled to be held Sunday (Oct. 8, 2023) from noon to 4 p.m. at the fire station, 2222 E. High St. The event is free to attend and open to the public.

Free parking is available in the adjacent lots of Landis Supermarket and Liberty Thrift.

Families will stay both informed and entertained by displays of and rides on fire trucks, live demonstrations of how fires are prevented and extinguished, crafts for kids, the availability of helpful materials, and food trucks.

Live demonstrations of how firefighters work will be offered at:

  • 12:30 p.m., handling a stove fire,
  • 1 p.m., vehicle rescue,
  • 1:30 p.m., handling a stove fire,
  • 2:30 p.m., handling a vehicle fire, and
  • 3:30 p.m., handling a stove fire.
