Muth Holds Veterans’ Event Saturday at Oaks Center

September 21, 2023

OAKS PA – A “Veterans Expo,” free to former members of the military who live within the state’s 44th Senatorial District, will be hosted Saturday (Sept. 23, 2023) by district Sen. Katie Muth. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Hall C of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 1000 Station Ave., Oaks PA.

Veterans in the district interested in attending must register in advance online, or by calling 610-792-2137.

Muth’s annual event represents “an opportunity for veterans of all ages to interact with more than 40 local and statewide veterans’ organizations and service providers,” according to a media release from her office. She hopes to “ensure that veterans are accessing the services and benefits available to them.”

It also offers the chance to receive flu shots and COVID-19 booster shots, provided by Skippack Pharmacy. Additionally, lunch will be served.
