POTTSTOWN PA – Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas, which operates in Pottstown and at five other area locations, has expanded its services with Cryoskin-brand “non-invasive facial and body contouring” treatments, it reported.
The company said its treatments rely on “cutting-edge technology that harnesses the power of alternating hot and cold temperatures to reduce inches, tone and tighten the skin, and enhance overall body and facial aesthetics.” They currently are available at more than 300 locations nationwide.
Hand & Stone centers locally are in Pottstown, Royersford, Phoenixville, King of Prussia, Exton, and Quakertown. Three Cryoskin services are provided only at selected locations, according to a media release. They include:
- CryoSlimming, which helps encourage the reduction of inches;
- CryoToning, a skin tightening and toning treatment; and
- CryoFacial, which delivers a firm and glassy finish to the skin.
Artemis is the exclusive distributor of Cryoskin devices in the U.S. Hand & Stone is partnering with Artemis to deliver the experiences to its clients. Hand and Stone said it also is currently testing another service, CryoSoothe, which is said to deliver “relief to acute or chronic areas of pain and soothes arthritic flare-ups.”
“In recent years we have witnessed a surge in consumer interest for Cryoskin services,” Hand & Stone Senior Vice President of Service and Product Lisa Rossmann said. “Our partnership with Artemis,” she added, “offers a full suite of non-invasive device technologies which complement one another well and provide ways for consumers to elevate results.”
Hand & Stone, launched in 2004, is represented by more than 500 massage and facial spa units across 35 states and Canada. Services are available for women, men and teens, tailored to each individual’s needs or skin concerns. Facial treatments are performed by licensed estheticians, using science-backed products backed, it said.
